Shipping Options and Carriers

I offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard, express, and international shipping. Trusted carriers include UPS, FedEx, as well as specialized art transport services. These carriers are selected for their proven reliability and their experience in handling fine artworks, ensuring that your purchase arrives in pristine condition.

Packaging Methods

The shipping process for the paintings is designed to maintain their museum-quality condition from the studio to your space. For the majority of works, I utilize Airfloat shipping boxes, which are an industry standard for secure transportation, especially for museum exhibitions. Oversized works are secured in custom crates tailored to their specific dimensions, providing robust protection throughout transit. Large international works, paintings are shipped rolled in a shipping tube.

Processing Times

Processing times generally range from order placement to shipment. For standard orders, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Custom orders or pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of factors including the flat rate, dimensions, weight, and destination of the package. Standard shipping insurance is included for all orders to protect your investment, with the option to purchase additional coverage if desired.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping option and destination. Standard domestic deliveries typically take between 3-7 business days, while international shipping may extend due to customs processing times.

Tracking and Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. I provide updates at every step of the shipping process, ensuring you are well-informed about the status of your delivery.

International Shipping

I offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that I am unable to ship to some locations due to restrictions. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes incurred. Larger paintings are shipped unstretched and rolled in a shipping tube. This greatly cuts down on the cost of shipping and limits the possibility of damage while in transit. Once received, the painting can be stretched and framed at a local and trusted frame shop. 

Shipping Insurance

Standard shipping insurance is included with every order. In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, we have a straightforward process for reporting and resolving such issues promptly.

Damage and Loss

In case of loss or damage, please report the issue within 5 days of delivery. Documentation such as photos of the damaged art and packaging will be required to assist in the resolution process.
